3 Month Consecutive Care:

Requires a 3 consecutive month commitment

1- Initial assessment (60 minutes)
5- Follow-up care session (50 minutes)
5- Recovery exercises



Example schedule of 3 month care package:

Month 1
Initial Assessment (with collaborative goal setting)
1st Recovery Exercise
1st Follow-up care session

Month 2
Week 1- 2nd Recovery Exercise
Week 2- 2nd Follow-up care session
Week 3- 3rd Recovery Exercise
Week 4- 3rd Follow-up care session

Month 3
Week 1- 4th Recovery Exercise
Week 2- 4th Follow-up care session
Week 3- 5th Recovery Exercise
Week 4 5th Follow-up care session



1 upfront payment of $650.00

$216.67 per month for 3 months ($650.01 total)

The food and feelings workbook group
Join us as we work through the Food and Feelings Workbook by Karen Koenig

2 X 60 minute virtual meetings a month to share responses as we journey through the book together, chapter by chapter. Similar style to a 12 step study.

Once this group starts it will become a closed group.

Growing Habits for Health
Join us for our 10 week virtual course. This course helps you change your eating disorder, disordered eating, and dieting behaviors by cultivating new "micro" habits that support sustained physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Each meeting will be 1 hour and 15 minutes for 10 consecutive weeks.

Once this group starts it will become a closed group.

Learning, growing, accountability, and action that is accessible and affordable.


3 Months of Accountability
Requires a 3 consecutive month commitment

2 X 60 minute virtual group accountability calls per month

A short teaching, guided reflection, and group accountability.

$35 per month, 3 month commitment required.

Al la Carte Services


Initial assessment (60 minutes)- $135
Follow-up session (50 minutes)- $115

**All services are provided by a weight inclusive Registered Dietitian (RD), Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)**

Forms of Payment: Credit Card, Cash, Check, and HSA

At this time we do not accept insurance.

A superbill can be issued to you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement IF you have received a referral for medical nutrition therapy or nutrition counseling form a physician, psychiatrist, or psychiatric NP.

Making care accessible is important. A limited number of sliding scale positions are available upon inquiry. If you are committed to your recovery we would like to do our best to work with you.
